What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a specified geographic area
- Collect and analyze information to understand business issues and identify sales prospects
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
- Maintain accountability through periodic updates on complex sales processes and performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the Earned Wage Access space
- Proven track record of selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
- Strong revenue generation capabilities and ability to exceed sales goals and quotas
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
