What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to meet sales and financial goals
- Engage with "C" level executives to identify and close new business opportunities
- Negotiate favorable contracts and maintain strategic alignment with referral partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the Earned Wage Access sector
- Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
- Experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, or professional employment organizations
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
