What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
- Collect and analyze information to understand business issues and identify sales prospects
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to meet financial goals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while aligning strategically with referral partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
- Proven success in selling to “C” level executives across various industries including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
- Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant degree or combination of relevant training and experience in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Experience with Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
