**Title:** Senior Sales Lead EpiCor

**Location:** Remote (Minneapolis, MN preferred, open to remote)

**Job Type:** FTE/Permanent

Job Purpose

The Senior Sales Lead EpiCor will manage a portfolio that includes large, strategic accounts as well as smaller clients. This role focuses on selling highly technical products within the dietary supplement and emerging functional foods markets. Responsibilities include nurturing existing relationships and developing new business opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with strategic goals and stay informed on industry trends and innovations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets.
  • Build tailored business strategies for each account and prospect.
  • Leverage internal resources to deliver customer solutions and communicate value propositions.
  • Establish strong client relationships to influence planning, pricing, product, and service strategies.
  • Support the development of new market opportunities in assigned regions.
  • Contribute to team objectives and business development initiatives.
  • Handle complex issues independently, escalating only as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the dietary supplement industry.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts within a defined sales territory.
  • Effective at navigating large organizations and collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
