Job summary

PepsiCo in the United States is seeking a PFUS Sales Finance Associate Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for Quaker and PWL warehouse and eCommerce accounts. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver net revenue, profit, and investment targets, and guide forecasting and period-close processes.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting or Business Admin preferred.
• MBA or CPA strongly desirable.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience in planning, forecasting, pricing, trade management, analytics, accounting, or control.
• Sales finance, customer finance, eCommerce, warehouse, or CPG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance for warehouse and eCommerce customer accounts across Quaker and PWL.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver AOP net revenue, profit, and trade targets.
• Lead forecasting, period close, actuals analysis, liability reviews, and performance tracking.
• Manage trade spend and customer investment to improve efficiency and support net revenue delivery.
• Develop programming, promotional calendars, and customer recommendations for growth and profitability.
• Support strategic planning, AOP, quarterly business plans, sales planners, and customer presentations.
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, and contracts; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Review and approve SAP/TPM events to support accruals, reimbursements, and reporting.
• Lead incremental funding and investment analyses through governance forums.
• Complete ad hoc analysis and projects focused on simplification and stronger decision support.
