Are you a proven Sales Executive in the Staffing industry with a strong track record of new client acquisition? Do you thrive in a hunter role where building relationships, closing deals, and growing market share are your strengths? If so, this is your opportunity to join a fast-growing, fully remote national sales team and make a real impact.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with 7+ years of success selling Professional Staffing and Managed Services solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. This role focuses on expanding our innovative One Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) as well as offering Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing solutions nationwide.

If you are motivated by closing new business, building long-term client partnerships, and working with top decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, and beyond, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development by prospecting Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through client onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, Procurement, and MSP/CW Program leaders.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences across the US.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years selling Professional Staffing solutions (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
  • Proven success in acquiring new business in Staffing or Managed Services (MSP, RPO, VMS).
  • Strong, established network within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW leaders).
  • Deep relationships with decision-makers in key industries such as Technology, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote sales environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for industry conferences.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency with Zoom, CRM platforms (Dynamics CRM), and MS Office Suite.
  • Must reside in the United States.
