About the role: As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping banks improve their commercial product offerings. You will provide industry-leading solutions in ACH, Wires, Real Time Payments, FedNow, Instant Payments, Cross Border Payments, and SWIFT, driving innovative fintech technology and transforming how the world pays, banks, and invests.

What you will be doing:

  • Selling products and/or services and developing new account relationships.
  • Soliciting and maintaining a network of prospects.
  • Initiating contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
  • Working as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to key accounts.
  • Demonstrating product knowledge, including solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to clients using FIS resources and tools.
  • Negotiating, structuring, and closing deals that meet customer expectations and FIS capabilities, utilizing appropriate company resources for support.
  • Assisting in developing sales plans and strategies.
  • Meeting sales goals and objectives.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

What you will need:

  • Experience selling ACH, Wires, Real Time Payments, FedNow, Instant Payments, Cross Border Payments, and/or SWIFT solutions into banks.
  • Good understanding of FIS products and services.
  • General knowledge of financial and payment solutions technology, including systems, applications, and banking practices.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with management, employees, clients, and the public.
  • Travel flexibility is required.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience selling commercial payments solutions.
  • Experience with account analysis and billing software.

The pay range for this full-time position is $143,610.00 - $236,950.00, based on location, experience, and skills. Actual starting pay will be determined during the hiring process. This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
