What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive results by developing and executing territory growth strategies and engaging with customers primarily through virtual channels
- Prospect new customers, validate their needs, and drive deals to closure
- Manage relationships focusing on new logo acquisition and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce to track and report on deal progress and key performance indicators
- Understand customer archetypes and needs prevalent within the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment to C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication, closing, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of West products and experience in the legal profession or legal publishing industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with database management
- High level of competency in internet and internal prospecting
- Experience selling into large law accounts
