As a talented Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our expansion into the Midwest USA market. Your strategic mindset and relentless determination will shape the future of CarCutter growth in this dynamic region.

You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key business clients and prospects in the Midwest USA region and be the primary point of contact for our clients in these markets. Understanding their requirements, presenting relevant solutions, negotiating, and ultimately closing sales, you will be the key driver of our expansion in this dynamic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft and Execute Strategic Business Expansion: Develop and deploy innovative strategies to drive business growth. Your insight and action will drive CarCutter presence in the Midwest USA market to new heights. Take full ownership of our business expansion journey to transform possibilities into actualities.
  2. Strategic Prospect Engagement: Identify and engage key strategic prospects, including dealership groups and automotive marketplaces. Tailor your approach to showcase how CarCutter solutions can improve their operations, converting challenges into opportunities.
  3. End-to-End Sales Leadership: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from meticulously uncovering prospects to expertly negotiating, closing deals and identifying and closing upsell opportunities. Your leadership will be crucial in sustaining our upward revenue trajectory.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our onboarding, product, and marketing managers to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey. Leverage your communication skills to translate client feedback into actionable insights that sets us apart in the industry.

Profile:

  1. 4+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive or Key Account Manager within the automotive industry with a strong network in the industry.
  2. Profound understanding of the global automotive marketplace: dealerships, dealer groups, DMS, and/or CRM providers.
  3. Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to craft and nurture a strategic accounts portfolio, driving our growth.
  4. You're results-oriented and overperforming is your norm.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. You turn opportunities into success stories.
  6. Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales channels.
  7. English native-level proficiency.
  8. You are currently located in the USA.
  9. Willingness to travel around the US (10-20%).
