Location

Remote, but candidates must reside in MN, ND, SD, WI, or Iowa, with a preference for the greater Minneapolis-St Paul area.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer is a key technical partner, working with account executives to demonstrate and design solutions, educate prospects, and drive sales within the territory. Success depends on technical aptitude, leadership, and business acumen, with an emphasis on integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  1. Educate companies on Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC solutions.
  2. Deliver technical presentations and demos aligned with customer needs.
  3. Create environments where prospects become customers and advocates.
  4. Navigate obstacles during sales, addressing customer concerns.
  5. Represent Arctic Wolf to customers and vice versa.
  6. Support sales qualification and technical architecture design.
Who You Are
  • Capable of articulating technical and business value to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Proactive ownership attitude.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in presales or security consulting.
  • 5+ years supporting or designing enterprise IT/security systems.
  • Extensive experience in Networking, Security, Cloud, and OS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, CISA, or CISM.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and selling XaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS, Omnigraffle, VMware Fusion.
