Overview

This role is remote with up to 50-75% travel. Candidates will need to reside within a reasonable commute to an airport. This role is compensated with a base salary and eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).

Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales Support & Technical Consultation: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and position SafeTrace TX and BloodTrack solutions effectively. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements to showcase the benefits of our transfusion management and blood tracking solutions.
  • Solution Design & Hosting Consultation: Design high-level solution architectures for on-premise and hosted implementations of SafeTrace TX and BloodTrack products. Guide customers through the benefits of cloud-hosted and managed solutions, including scalability, security, and compliance considerations. Work with IT teams, lab directors, and clinicians to ensure seamless integration with EHR/EMR systems, LIS, and hospital IT infrastructures.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customers understand the business impact, ROI, and regulatory advantages of our solutions. Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, including blood bank managers, IT administrators, and hospital executives. Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in product development, hosting capabilities, and service offerings.
  • Demonstrations, Training & Enablement: Conduct live demonstrations and workshops showcasing SafeTrace TX, BloodTrack, and hosted deployment models. Train internal sales teams and partners on product capabilities, competitive differentiators, and industry trends. Stay up to date on industry advancements, including FDA, AABB, and HIPAA compliance related to blood management software.
Education / Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in software sales, software commercialization, or related areas
  • Experience regulated enterprise applications utilizing both Oracle and MSSQL
  • Experience in the following tools: Jira, sf.com, Office 365
  • Experience with FDA 510k medical device software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s in computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%

Pay Transparency: The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, “flexible time off” for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks’ vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

The base salary range for this role is $66,060.29-$109,051.90 per year.
