POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales experience to drive the adoption of our solutions, providing strategic support to our sales team and ensuring client success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pre-Sales Engagement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, articulate the value of our CCaaS solutions and develop tailored proposals.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical subject matter expert in CCaaS technologies, guiding customers through complex solutions and integrations.
  • Advanced Solution Design: Create and present high-level architectural designs and detailed implementation plans that meet customer requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations: Lead in-depth product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our CCaaS offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development and enhancements.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and training to junior sales engineers and sales staff, enhancing the team's technical capabilities and sales effectiveness.
  • Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process and beyond.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role within the UCaaS, CCaaS or telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of CCaaS technologies, including VoIP, video conferencing, collaboration tools, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong experience in sales strategies, negotiation, and closing deals, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of addressing technical challenges effectively.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
