We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to collaborate with the sales team in positioning the HID's Authentication portfolio to prospective and existing customers. This role requires a technical expert with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, protocols, standards, and regulations, combined with strong business acumen to translate customer needs into tailored technology solutions.
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will lead projects and initiatives within your assigned territory, demonstrating ownership and accountability. Success in this role depends on building lasting relationships with partners and customers through professionalism, domain expertise, and integrity. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The base salary in the United States is $135,000 to $148,000. The OTE is up to $185,000.
This opportunity may be open to flexible working arrangements.
