Raft is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to act as a technical bridge between the sales team and defense clients, articulating the value of Raft's products aligned with DoD requirements. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, participating in technical discovery sessions, and collaborating with engineering teams.
Candidates should have 5+ years in technical sales or solutions engineering in the defense sector, experience with DoD contract pursuits, a strong understanding of defense procurement, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of data platforms, AI/ML, cloud architectures, and defense systems is required.
The role requires up to 30% travel and an active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred). The position is remote with a preference for candidates in Raft's hubs across several U.S. cities.
