Job description
Overview

SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to own the strategy and execution of enablement initiatives that impact revenue performance and go-to-market alignment. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, interpreting sales needs and designing programs that improve sales productivity, ensure consistent messaging, and enable reps to meet and exceed quota.

Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to lead the development and scaling of onboarding, ongoing training, and sales methodology adoption, while driving consistent use of playbooks, tools, and resources. Measure the business impact of enablement programs using key performance metrics, continuously optimize efforts, and play a highly visible role in sales readiness and GTM alignment.

What You’ll Do

Program Design & Execution

  • Build and lead sales enablement programs (onboarding, continuous learning, methodology adoption) that accelerate sales productivity.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and process and address them with scalable enablement solutions.

Training & Delivery

  • Design and deliver live workshops, virtual sessions, and on-demand content focused on product knowledge, sales skills, and GTM process.
  • Drive adoption of core sales methodologies, playbooks, and tools across the organization.

Content & Tool Development

  • Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps to create sales collateral, competitive positioning, and talk tracks.
  • Ensure sellers have access to the right content at the right time within enablement platforms.

Measurement & Insights

  • Define and track key enablement KPIs (time to first deal, quota attainment, pipeline generation, win rates).
  • Use data to assess program effectiveness and continuously optimize enablement strategy.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work with GTM leaders to ensure consistent messaging, aligned priorities, and seamless execution across teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to ensure a unified customer-facing narrative.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • Remote opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely
  • Must Have: 8+ years in sales enablement, training, or related GTM roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record designing and implementing scalable sales enablement programs in SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills; ability to inspire and influence across all levels
  • Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, SPIN) and tools (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with competing priorities
  • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Note: This position will remain open with applications due by October 8, 2025. The application window may close earlier if SOCi selects a candidate before that date.
