Job description

Infosys is seeking a Senior Sales Director with Hospital IT sales experience to develop focused market strategies and execute proactive sales activities within our Healthcare Practice.

The Senior Sales Director Healthcare will be responsible for expanding new business and pipeline development in the Healthcare Payer and Provider sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and competition to craft effective sales strategies and leverage sales and solution expertise alongside project teams. A proactive Sales Hunter will actively assist in developing value propositions based on a thorough understanding of opportunity areas, particularly within Consumer Technology firms.

Senior Sales Director - Healthcare Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure deals in the Healthcare sector, focusing on Hospital systems.
  • Represent Infosys as the market's face, positioning the company as an industry leader and trusted advisor.
  • Utilize the Infosys ecosystem—covering technology practices, industry verticals, and service lines—to create solutions that address client business challenges.
  • Drive the development of platform solutions tailored for manufacturing sectors.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; alternatively, 15+ years of relevant experience with proven sales success in services.
  • Understanding of the Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and experience with large deals.
  • At least 5 years of business development experience selling IT services, specifically Hospital IT services in healthcare.
  • Proven ability to interact and build relationships with CXOs of leading organizations.
  • Experience in proposal creation and presentations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required; sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Established network within the Healthcare provider domain.
  • Experience in software contract negotiations.
  • Competence in competitor analysis and SWAT strategies.
  • Ability to craft innovative solutions in complex environments.
  • Well-connected within the IT services and manufacturing industries.
  • Skill in identifying upcoming RFPs through stakeholder networking.
