A leading foodservice company is seeking a Senior Sales Director to enhance its K-12 sales efforts across the Eastern and Western United States. The ideal candidate will have substantial sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships within large school districts. This role requires 75% travel and offers the potential for earnings exceeding $250K with commissions and benefits.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 base + commissions
Chartwells K12 is looking to add two Senior Sales Executive to our Chartwells K12 sales team to continue our growth trajectory. Compass Group is in search of a Senior Sales Director for Chartwells K-12 covering the Eastern and Western United States. This position will focus on developing trusted relationships within our nation\'s largest school districts. The Senior Sales Director will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales and will be responsible for ensuring profitable market growth of new Chartwells K-12 school accounts as an individual contributor. This position will be based near any major metropolitan airport in the Eastern and Western United States and will require extensive overnight travel (up to 75%).
