The Senior Commissions Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for complex payout calculations, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis across multiple plans and segments. As a key builder in the new team, this role establishes operating rigor, mentors analysts, and drives process and automation improvements to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
5+ years in commissions, payroll operations, revenue operations, or similar. Advanced Excel; working SQL knowledge preferred; experience with a commissions platform (Xactly/Varicent/Spiff/CaptivateIQ/Anaplan). Strong reconciliation, data quality, and documentation discipline. Ability to manage deadlines and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, Business, Accounting, Finance, or Analytics.
The base compensation range for this position is $107,000 - $145,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
