You will promote the Music & Arts lesson program, develop relationships with teachers, schools, churches and community groups, and present compelling proposals based on training.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
• Strong sales, customer service and networking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Create business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on training.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every customer.
• Participate in all areas of store operations including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security including keys and alarm code.
