Senior Sales Associate - Bilingual (Spanish)

Join our team as a Senior Sales Associate, bilingual in Spanish, and enjoy a dynamic, remote sales career with uncapped earning potential. This full-time position offers a fun, laid-back environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle 10-15 pre-qualified live call transfers daily, guiding prospects through the sales cycle.
2. Introduce value propositions and recommend suitable online marketing solutions.
3. Follow up on prospects and callbacks to nurture leads.
4. Build rapport via phone and email, utilizing testimonials and market data to generate interest.
5. Overcome sales objections with effective rebuttals.
6. Mentor peers to achieve team goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Uncapped commissions and base pay DOE, with an OTE of $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
• Additional incentives including bonuses and contests.
• Work hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm PST, fully remote, no weekends.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, paid holidays, 401(k), paid time off.

Requirements:

• Proven sales skills and ability to communicate clearly over the phone.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM and strong computer/multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of online advertising sales and trends.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 2 years in a sales closing role (inside sales, telesales, SaaS).
• Minimum 1 year remote work experience.
• Track record of closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, organization, and professional demeanor.
• Integrity, punctuality, and a student mentality.

Preferred:

• Over 5 years of sales experience in closing roles.
• More than 3 years remote work experience.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads certification.
