Job summary

Range USA in Knoxville seeks a Senior Sales Associate to drive personal sales while managing store operations, safety and compliance. You will lead routine opening/closing tasks, coach teammates, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or customer service, strong communication, and a commitment to firearm safety and ATF procedures. Full-time, on-site position with training provided.

Qualifications
