Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Senior Retail Guest Experience Specialist for an in-store role. You will guide customers, drive sales, and mentor teammates while representing The Bob’s Way in every guest interaction.

This full-time position requires availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and showroom excellence.
