Job summary

Kemper is seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud in a temp, full-time role through December 2026. You will lead identity lifecycle, on-boarding, governance, and automation across a large enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate delivers independent SailPoint solutions, troubleshoots complex IAM issues, and provides technical leadership for enterprise IAM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years IAM engineering experience.
• 3+ years SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise identity governance solutions.
• Experience supporting production IAM environments in medium to large enterprises.
• Experience integrating cloud, SaaS, and on-premises applications.
• Experience troubleshooting complex identity lifecycle and provisioning issues.
• Required Technical Skills: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Identity Governance, Integration Technologies, Enterprise Platforms

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, administer, and optimize SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Implement and maintain JML lifecycle processes.
• Configure identity profiles, roles, entitlements, and provisioning policies.
• Integrate enterprise applications using SailPoint connectors.
• Develop REST API, SCIM, JDBC, and Web Services integrations.
• Configure RBAC and SoD controls; support audits and SOX compliance.
• Provide Level 3 support and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
