Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks an experienced IAM engineer to lead design, implementation, and support of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and IdentityIQ (IIQ) across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will drive identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, role management, and system integrations, partnering with Security, Risk, Audit, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive IAM experience.
• 5+ years with SailPoint ISC and/or IIQ implementation.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, access certifications, RBAC/ABAC, and SoD.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint ISC/IIQ solutions.
• Develop identity profiles, lifecycle states, transforms, provisioning policies, and workflows.
• Configure onboarding, aggregation, reconciliation, and identity correlation.
• Lead RBAC/ABAC, role mining, and access governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with security, risk, and business teams to translate requirements into IAM solutions.

Education

Relevant degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Cybersecurity / Engineering / Business or related field
