Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to lead identity and access management initiatives. You will design, implement, and govern SailPoint-based solutions for complex client environments, balancing security with business needs.

You will guide teams, manage multiple streams, and ensure delivery quality in a fast-paced setting, while collaborating with stakeholders and aligning with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity security, or cybersecurity.
• 4+ years designing, developing, implementing, or architecting enterprise identity and access solutions.
• 2+ years leading technical teams delivering identity and access management architecture, engineering, or platform implementations.
• 4+ years integrating identity management, access management, or identity governance solutions with enterprise infrastructure and applications.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business.
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering IAM engineering solutions across client environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead design, implementation, and governance activities for SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud.
