Job description

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior IAM Developer specialized in SailPoint to lead the design, development, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), integrations with enterprise applications, and security best practices.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
  2. Customize workflows, rules, policies, and certifications to align with business requirements.
  3. Implement identity lifecycle management, access request, provisioning, role management, and certification processes.
  4. Develop custom connectors and integrations with external systems.
  5. Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD, ADP, SAP, ServiceNow, Secret Server.
  6. Develop and enhance REST/SOAP APIs, SCIM connectors, and Beanshell scripting for identity synchronization.
  7. Implement SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust security principles across IAM solutions.
  8. Enforce RBAC, attribute-based access control (ABAC), least-privilege access, and segregation of duties (SoD).
  9. Conduct audit support, access reviews, and risk-based authentication implementations.
  10. Provide Level 3 support for SailPoint-related incidents and optimization requests.
  11. Work collaboratively with security, IT, and business teams to align IAM with enterprise goals.
  12. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
  13. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  14. Demonstrate company's core competencies and values.
  15. Note: Due to exposure of PHI sensitive data, this role is considered high-risk.
