Security Benefit (SB) is seeking an experienced SailPoint Architect to join our team. The role offers remote work with periodic travel to our offices in Topeka, Kansas, or New York. Our hybrid work environment combines remote and on-site work.

Job Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design and implement SailPoint IGA solutions, integrating with various systems and leading complex deployments.
• Implementation & Configuration: Oversee installation, customization, policies, workflows, and access management within SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and develop suitable identity governance solutions.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Lead processes for onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and RBAC.
• Integration Expertise: Develop integrations with systems like Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud applications such as Office 365 and Salesforce.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Automation & Optimization: Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Disaster Recovery: Maintain multi-region active-active SailPoint setup in AWS.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years in IAM, with at least 5 years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
• Deep knowledge of SailPoint architecture, connectors, scripting, and integrations.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems and cloud applications.
• Understanding of IAM frameworks, security models, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Familiarity with IAM tools like ServiceNow, Okta, Azure AD.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., SailPoint Certified, CISSP).
