Highline Warren seeks a Senior ERP Analyst to own Sage 100 ERP configurations, integrations, and reporting, translating business requirements into technical specs and testing plans.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, ERP Analysts, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, maintainable ERP solutions and data integrity across the stack.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, upgrades, governance, and ongoing improvements to support reliable operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IS/CS/IT/Business Admin.
5+ years ERP application support, configuration, or tech analyst experience.
3+ years Sage 100 ERP experience in technical/analyst role.
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong SQL, data validation, and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

Translate approved business requirements into technical requirements and testing criteria.
Configure, maintain, and support Sage 100 modules and security settings.
Design and troubleshoot Sage 100 customizations and UDFs/UDTs/UDS.
Support integrations between Sage 100 and related systems.
Lead technical testing activities and release validation.
Provide mentorship and establish documentation standards.
