Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst to act as a senior technical resource for the Sage 100 ERP platform and related applications. You will translate approved business requirements into detailed technical requirements, design specifications, system configurations, integrations, and testing plans to ensure reliable operation and scalable improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of ERP application support and technical analyst experience.
3+ years of hands-on Sage 100 experience.
Experience translating approved business requirements into technical requirements, functional specifications, configuration designs, testing criteria, and support documentation.
Experience with Sage 100 configuration, data structures, reporting, integrations, and transaction processing.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; ability to work with Product Owners, Analysts, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate approved business requirements into detailed technical requirements, functional specifications, configuration notes, integration requirements, reporting specifications, and testing criteria.
Configure, maintain, and support Sage 100 modules, settings, security configurations, forms, and import/export processes.
Analyze existing Sage 100 customizations and recommend improvements to reduce technical debt and improve upgrade compatibility.
Develop and support Sage 100 tools such as Visual Integrator, UDFs/UDTs/UDS, and custom Office enhancements; support third-party add-ons.
