Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Sage 100 Contractor Senior Consultant to lead implementation projects and ongoing support for clients in the construction sector.

You’ll work directly with clients to deliver software solutions, drive adoption, and elevate customer satisfaction. The role offers flexible work arrangements and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing national advisory firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of the construction industry and its payroll requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience with Sage 100 Contractor or related services.
• Experience as a client-facing consultant or in software delivery/upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, concise, and friendly communications with high quality service.
• Manage priorities independently and multi-task across projects and clients.
• Advocate for clients, team members, and the product.
• Coordinate internal and client project team meetings.
• Schedule and perform year-end upgrades to client environments.
• Perform gap analyses between system functionality and client requirements.
