Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or MIS (with accounting concepts)
• Deep knowledge of construction industry and payroll requirements
• Experience with Sage 100 Contractor or Sage Paperless Construction Software
• Client-facing support and full-cycle software delivery experience
• Advanced Excel skills for data mapping and migration

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, concise, friendly communications with high quality service
• Manage priorities across projects, customers, and internal activities
• Coordinate internal and client project team meetings
• Perform year-end upgrades to client environments
• Conduct training for customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements
