Tormod, LLC in Wisconsin seeks a senior Loss Prevention and Safety leader to oversee risk management and safety activities across projects. You will promote a strong safety culture, conduct risk assessments, and guide the HSE team under the VP of EPC Services.
The role requires 15+ years of industrial and construction safety experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to work with project managers and subcontractors to embed HSE in design and execution.
Education: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Public Health and Safety or Industrial Hygiene (MSPH) from an accredited university is preferred.
Certification: Ability to achieve certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (CSP, ASP, SMS, CHST or STSC) is preferred.
Experience: This position requires 15 or more years of relevant industrial and construction safety, risk management and management experience.
Generally responsible for performing or providing oversight to all aspects of loss prevention, risk management and safety activities. Proactively promote a strong safety culture throughout the Hargrove organization through risk/gap assessments, continually improving our safety management systems, and with personal interaction with all teammates. This work will be performed independently but with general guidance from the Vice President of EPC Services.
