Job summary

Eversource Energy seeks a Lead Advisor, Safety to lead the development and improvement of occupational safety and health programs across field operations, plants and offices in CT. You will act as a technical and internal management partner, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices within ES’s safety management system.

Under minimal supervision, you will coordinate resources, oversee program effectiveness, and support emergency response and travel across MA/CT/NH as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have eight years of related safety program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety regulations.
• Experience leading safety programs across field operations, plants and offices.
• Ability to travel as needed across MA/CT/NH.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic and programmatic safety solutions to ensure compliance.
• Provides oversight to field operations, field safety advisors and vendors.
• Leads development and assessment of program effectiveness.
• Communicates safety findings and improvements to management.
