Job summary

Travere Therapeutics, based in San Diego with remote options, seeks a Senior Manager, Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance to lead safety operations and medical review activities. You will oversee ICSR processing, vendor oversight, and regulatory reporting while partnering with safety science teams to support DSURs and PSURs.

The role requires 6+ years in Drug Safety, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent cross‑functional communication.

Qualifications

• BS or related life sciences degree is required; healthcare degrees preferred for medical review duties.
• 6+ years in Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance across clinical development and post‑marketing.
• Experience with ICSR processing, coding, causality assessment, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day pharmacovigilance operations and vendor oversight.
• Perform medical review of ICSRs and aggregate safety data in DSURs/PSURs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely safety reporting across regions.
• Support risk management activities and safety documentation updates.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve safety governance and CAPAs.
