Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Safety Manager to lead safety strategy in Orlando. You will develop and enforce electrical safety programs for data centers and mission-critical facilities, covering NFPA 70E, OSHA, and NEC compliance.

You will conduct arc flash risk assessments, lead training, and partner with facilities and engineering teams to ensure safe high-voltage operations. Strong communication and CESCP are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical safety, EHS, or related field.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical facilities, or high-voltage electrical environments preferred.
• Deep knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910/1926, and NEC codes.
• Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP) or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for building and enforcing safety protocols that protect our people, our equipment, and our operations.
