Job summary

Aldridge Electric is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to lead the strategic implementation of the HSE management system across the Mission Critical division. You will guide high‑level risk mitigation, supervise the field safety team, and ensure operations meet corporate standards and client requirements.

About you: 10+ years in construction safety with 3–5 years in leadership, deep foundation and heavy civil experience; CSP or CHST preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction safety
• 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing other safety professionals
• CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Safety Managers and Safety Engineers to ensure safety excellence across projects.
• Oversee resource allocation of safety personnel, optimizing coverage by risk profile and workload.
• Lead site audits, incident investigations, and reporting to the HSE Lead, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and internal standards.
• Foster a Safety First culture through regular safety meetings, pre-construction planning, and stakeholder liaison.
