Amentum is seeking a Senior Safety Specialist in Las Vegas, NV. You will develop, coordinate, and implement ESOH programs to ensure OSHA compliance and manage risk across the organization.

The role demands strong training program development, incident investigations, and leadership in safety and health initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s in safety or related field or 10+ years of occupational safety experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting regulations and procedures.
• Ability to develop and implement safety training programs.
• Experience with OSHA and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to prepare written reports and present findings to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop plans, procedures, and policies to continuously improve the program.
• Perform cause analysis and guide corrective actions.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute an effective safety training program.
• Maintain safety and health program records and reporting system.
• Provide leadership in risk assessment, loss control, and regulatory compliance.
• Support organizational goals and monitor program effectiveness.
