PMjobs is seeking a Corporate Safety Director for its heavy industrial construction operations based in Kingsport, TN. This on-site, direct-hire role leads a team of safety professionals and shapes the company’s safety strategy across multiple sites.

You will own the safety program, drive improvements, conduct serious incident investigations, and coordinate with operations leadership to ensure multi-state regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

Formación

• 10+ years in safety leadership, including heavy industrial construction.
• Self-perform / direct-hire craft experience required.
• Multi-craft knowledge across piping, mechanical, electrical, steel, rigging, cranes.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 requirements.
• Experience leading safety teams across multiple projects/locations.
• Polished client/executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the corporate safety program, policies, KPIs & annual improvement plan.
• Visit active job sites and collaborate with PMs, superintendents and craft.
• Lead serious-incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage workers' compensation cases from injury through return to work.
• Handle OSHA/TOSHA interactions, inspections and multi-state compliance.
• Present safety programs to clients in pre-bid meetings and prequalifications.
