Insperity in the United States is seeking a Senior Safety Coordinator to handle a high volume of client calls, finalize safety reports, and manage RMIS data. You will support OSHA reporting, coordinate inspections, and keep safety communications organized for client teams.
Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 3–5 years in customer service or administrative roles. This role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork within Safety Services.

This position is responsible for handling a high volume of client calls, edits, and finalizing and distributing safety reports and related correspondence using the department’s risk management information system (RMIS). Maintains RMIS, provides assistance to clients related to reporting/information requests and OSHA recordkeeping. Moderate decision-making is required, governed by procedure and policy, with a focus on daily operations and customer service.
