• Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
• Desirable: Python, SQL, Google Analytics, Power Query, JSON.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and research projects with autonomy to drive recommendations.
• Manage high-impact analyses including rate reviews, compliance calculations, and executive reporting.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts on quality assurance, data standards, and process documentation.
• Maintain Access databases and create PowerBI reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain reporting infrastructure.
