Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor to champion the Safety Management System across our business unit operations. This role drives a proactive safety culture, ensures compliance, and enhances operational safety performance through leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities include leading SMS implementations, developing regional safety communications, analyzing data trends, and guiding incident investigations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Plus professional safety certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead the rollout of new or updated SMS elements and safety programs.
Develop and deliver regionally tailored safety communications and plans.
Analyze safety data trends and report for continuous improvement.
Contribute to safety training program development and delivery.
Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
Mentor regional leadership and safety representatives
