Job summary

Crystal Intelligence is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to lead strategic sales initiatives for a growing portfolio of SaaS products in the private sector, with a focus on financial institutions, crypto exchanges, and other non-government organizations.

You will partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams, while coordinating with legal, policy, finance, and other stakeholders to shape revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or IT/technical master’s preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Knowledge of Blockchain/Crypto currencies.
• Ability to present to C-level executives and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for the assigned territory/verticals, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Execute on sales of Crystal software and services and manage stakeholder relations to maximize profitability.
• Own sales targets and collaborate with partners to achieve revenue.
• Partner with analytics, legal, technology, and other teams to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain Salesforce as the central hub for sales, customer success, and marketing data.
• Support leadership with pipeline insights, forecasts, retention, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to improve MQL generation and post-sales experience.
• Review and improve efficiency of business processes.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
• Execute defined KPIs with executive management.
