Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software acquisitions and renewals for IT products and services.
• Negotiate SaaS agreements, Enterprise License Agreements, and maintenance contracts.
• Manage renewal pipeline with 30/60/90-day lookahead and optimize licenses.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Privacy on vendor risk and SOC 2.
• Identify overlapping software and reclaim unused licenses; maintain SAM repository.
• Develop and score RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
