Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of deployment, validation, and observability systems for S3 frontend changes.
• Set technical strategy for modernization, release frequency, and safe deployment.
• Define and drive self-service builder experience for validation, deployment, and observation.
• Lead adoption of AI in development and automation, with on-call agents for routine tasks.
• Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and align technical direction across teams.
