Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 7+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing
• Experience leading S&OP and preparing supply meeting packets and executive materials
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical and modeling abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare supply packets with inventory levels, plan-to-produce metrics, and service levels to meet demand.
• Lead regular Supply Review meetings to evaluate production plans, inventory, and capacity for S&OP.
• Coordinate demand forecasts with production plans and rough-cut capacity planning.
• Manage inventory targets to support service, working capital and operational goals; address excess and dormant inventory.
• Drive inventory optimization while maintaining required service levels.
• Collaborate across functions to support product launches, transfers, and discontinuations.
• Develop transition plans to ensure uninterrupted customer service during product lifecycle changes.
• Provide supply scenario input to support business prioritization and profitability objectives.
