Blue Compass RV Cincinnati is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to join our team and lead by example in delivering top-tier repairs and service to our customers. This role is ideal for a certified technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and mentoring others in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You will diagnose and repair complex RV systems, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure all work is done safely and to standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RV service experience.
• RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of RV systems (electrical, slide-outs, plumbing, roof repairs, appliances, hydraulics).
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on motorized and towable RVs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, manuals, and schematics.
• Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Mentor entry-level and skilled technicians with on-the-job training.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure all systems are fully operational.
• Work with service advisor and parts department to ensure timely repairs.
• Stay current on RVIA, manufacturer certifications and training.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and time allocated in service software.
