About the role

This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role building and scaling the core Rails backend of a large AI companionship platform. Day-to-day, the person designs and ships features, translates product requirements into technical plans and estimates, reviews code, and troubleshoots reliability and performance. It is a fully remote European B2B position (€75k–€105k, location-dependent) for someone who has built real production applications, not a managerial or proof-of-concept profile.

What we're looking for
