CentralReach, a leading autism and IDD care software provider, seeks a senior full-stack engineer to join the Essentials squad. You will contribute to architecture decisions while staying hands-on in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and React and help shape the technical direction for growth.

You will mentor teammates, lead end-to-end projects, optimize performance across back-end and front-end, and collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of full-stack development experience with Ruby on Rails as a core strength.
• Experience with React; 5+ years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Shape technical direction and architecture decisions for the Essentials squad while remaining hands-on with Rails/TS/React.
• Lead by example: write clean, maintainable code and review peers.
• Design and optimize back-end systems, APIs, and data flows with focus on performance and reliability.
• Build modern front-ends with React/TypeScript/CSS and maintainable architecture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and QA to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor teammates through pairing and guidance on architectural decisions.
