Senior Ruby on Rails Developer | Full-Time, Permanent | 100% Remote Opportunity

Integris Group is partnering with a top-tier client seeking an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer for an immediate, full-time opportunity.

This role involves driving the evolution of our client’s customer portal—enhancing existing features, envisioning innovative new functionalities, and launching projects aligned with their strategic roadmap.

Tech Stack:

Our client’s current tools and technologies include: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Hotwire, Svelte, Heroku, and Salesforce

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Product Manager and engineering team to shape and execute the product roadmap.
2. Own end-to-end feature development, from design through deployment, with frequent releases for feedback.
3. Help shape and scale the engineering team, establishing culture, best practices, and standards.
4. Contribute across the full stack: backend, frontend, and DevOps.

Qualifications:

• Deep experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, preferably on Heroku or similar platforms
• Extensive experience integrating with APIs
• A passion for creating smooth, intuitive, and delightful user experiences

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with consumer-facing applications at scale (tens of thousands of users)
• Familiarity with Salesforce (development or APIs)
• Experience with PDF/image data extraction tools
• Interest or hands-on experience with Generative AI
