FinEx is expanding its US Health-tech business and building a US Ruby team, transitioning from offshore to a remote US model. We are seeking highly experienced engineers for open roles focused on Ruby with strong background job processing skills.

The roles require about 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in Ruby and some frontend collaboration. This is a fully remote US-based position on a long-term contract, first 12+ months with extensions.

Qualifications

• About 10 years engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of recent focus on Ruby.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sidekiq or Resque for background jobs.
• Frontend work expected in 10–20% of time.
• Fully remote role, US-based (green card or US citizen only).
• Long-term contract: 12+ months initially with extensions.
